About Kay
 Kay has been a REALTOR in Bartlesville since 1976 and has lived in Bartlesville since 1966. She is sold on Bartlesville and the lifestyle it offers and has made an effort to give back to the community. Organizations she has volunteered with include: Chamber of Commerce, Bartlesville School Long Range Planning Committee, Bartlesville Transportation Planning Advisory Committee, CONCERN Child Care Center, MUTUAL Girls Club, Past Chairman of AAUW Pre-School, Arvest Bank Community Advisory Council - 1988-1991, United Methodist Women and her church.
Kay works very hard at trying to give the best service possible and has continued to increase her business.
Kay served the Bartlesville Association of REALTORS as President in 1987 and was a State Director of the Oklahoma Association of REALTORS in 1989. She currently is Sec.-Treas. of the Bartlesville Association. She has attended six National Conventions and many State Conventions.
On a personal note, Kay is a native of Greenwood County, Kansas and a graduate of Kansas State University. She is married to Lloyd Sowers, a ConocoPhillips retiree. Her son, Derek, is the assistant golf course superintendent at Stillwater Country Club and likes to ride MX bikes. Daughter, Jilinda, is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma and is a speech pathologist working with cochlear implant patients in Dallas.
